Brief Description
Maintain a highly visible, welcoming, and pristine presence across premium residential apartment complexes and HOA common grounds during daytime hours.
Key Responsiblites
Keep highly trafficked common areas, pool decks, clubhouses, and outdoor walkways clean and presentable.
Proactively manage trash bins, pet waste stations, and community recycling areas on a set schedule.
Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while interacting with community residents and property management.
Respond instantly to urgent daytime requests, such as accidental spills or minor public area safety issues.
