- Company or property name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Property type
- Service requested
- Property size or project details
- Photos, videos, or other uploaded files

Submitting a quote request does not create a service agreement, contract, or obligation for Clean Companies CA to perform services. A service agreement, proposal, or written approval may be required before work begins.
4. Quote Timing
Clean Companies CA may state that quote requests are reviewed and responded to within one business day. This timeframe applies to standard quote requests submitted with reasonably complete information. Delays may occur if:

- Additional property details are needed
- Photos or project details are unclear
- The request is outside our service scope
- The request is submitted outside normal office hours
- Unusual project conditions require additional review
We do our best to respond promptly, but quote timing is not a guarantee of service availability or project scheduling.
5. Pricing and Proposals
Any pricing, proposal, estimate, or quote provided by Clean Companies CA is based on the information available at the time of review. Final pricing may change if:
- The property condition differs from the submitted information
- The scope of work changes
- Additional services are requested
- Access issues, safety concerns, or site conditions affect the work
- Project size, frequency, or timeline changes

All final pricing and service terms should be confirmed in writing before services begin.
6. Service Availability
Service availability may depend on:
- Location

- Site access
- Insurance or compliance requirements
- Weather, emergency conditions, or other operational factors
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or modify service requests based on business, safety, legal, or operational considerations.

Clean Companies CA’s office hours are: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Service coverage may be available 24/7, depending on the service agreement, property needs, staffing, and approved scope.
24/7 service coverage does not necessarily mean customer support, phone response, or administrative support is available at all hours unless specifically agreed in writing.

11. Service Scope
The exact scope of services will depend on the approved quote, proposal, or service agreement.
Porter service may involve recurring property coverage such as common areas, trash and recycling support, grounds, restrooms, lobbies, entrances, and related property cleaning tasks.
Construction cleanup may involve rough clean, final clean, debris removal, dust removal, surface cleaning, window/glass cleaning, and project-specific cleanup tasks.
Any services not clearly included in the approved scope may require separate approval and additional charges.

Late payments may result in service interruption, collection activity, late fees, or other remedies allowed by law or agreement.
