Transform active, newly built construction zones into pristine, walkthrough-ready spaces for general contractors and developers.
Key Responsiblites
Perform heavy debris removal and initial rough-cleaning phases to prep the site for final trades.
Execute meticulous final-cleaning tasks: scrape stickers from new windows, wash tracks, and polish high-end fixtures.
Wipe down vertical surfaces, dust architectural structures, and deep clean floors for handover.
Adhere strictly to site safety protocols, wear required PPE, and coordinate closely with the crew leader.
